1/2   t    Worcestershire
1/4   C   Plain or You Asked For It! Pepper Jelly
4           6oz Salmon Filets

Place Worcestershire, Bourbon, and Pepper Jelly in a microwave safe dish and heat 30 seconds on High, or until ingredients will combine into a thick glaze

Under Broiler. place Salmon skin side down on a lightly greased foil lined baking sheet.  Brush filets with glaze and broil for 5-6 minutes, or until Salmon is cooke to desired doneness

Try this on the Grill as well
