Use AstaTristen Pepper Jelly as a glaze out on the grill!
4 T of your favorite Pepper Jelly
1 T of Water
Place Jelly and Water in a microwave safe bowl and heat on High for 30 seconds. Stir to make a brushable glazing sauce. Cook meat until near completion, then brush with glazing sauce during the last 10 minutes of grilling, turning frequently and adding more glaze.
